The Global Law Workshop offers an exciting opportunity for the Duke Law School community to engage in current issues in international and comparative law. The theme of the Spring 2010 Global Law Workshop, co-taught by Professors Curtis A. Bradley and Laurence R. Helfer, will be "The Law and Politics of International Cooperation." The workshop will be centered around theoretical readings in international law and international relations and discussions of works in progress by visiting scholars.

As a prerequisite, students must have completed Law 275, International Law OR must obtain the permission of the instructors to waive this requirement based on other courses taken or completed during or prior to law school.
