Duke Law in DC: Federal Regulatory Reform, EXTERNSHIP

This is a semester-long externship engaging federal regulatory reform, with particular (though not exclusive) emphasis on financial services regulation, under the supervision and direction of Duke Law faculty, and practitioners. Students will reside in D.C. for the fall semester and will engage in substantial supervised externship projects at various agencies, and organizations in D.C. Students will also undertake a substantial written research project. An integral component of the experience will include a seminar on current and prospective reforms in federal regulation.
