Trademark Law and Unfair Competition

Current trademark and unfair competition law will be inspected from three different view points: theory, case law, and litigation strategy. If enrollment allows, practical drafting assignments will partially replace the final exam.

Please note that course organization and content may vary substantially from semester to semester and descriptions are not necessarily professor specific. Please contact the instructor directly if you have particular course-related questions.
