Duke Law Professor Guy-Uriel Charles is the founding director of the Duke Law Center on Law, Race and Politics and is an expert in election law. Come listen to Professor Charles speak about how election law has evolved since the Civil Rights Act was passed fifty years ago and what setbacks we have seen in recent years to such equality.
