Interested in a career in corporate law? Attendees will learn about Confidentiality Agreements, Term Sheets, Due Diligence, Purchase and Shareholders Agreements, Management / Seller Incentives, and Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Within each category, major points, terms, and topics will be defined and thoroughly discussed. The presentation will also examine helpful resources such as a Sample Confidentiality Agreement, Sample Term Sheet, Sample Due Diligence Request List, and Purchase and Sale Agreement. Current, prospective and past clients of Vinson & Elkins will be integrated as exemplars and the workshop leaders from V&E will share a few words about the firm's impact across a wide spectrum of public and private financings.
