Careers in Corporate Law: Mergers & Acquisitions

The Business Law Society and Career & Professional Development Center invite you to learn from current practitioners about the general structure of a M&A deal, the role that lawyers play in these transactions, and the skill sets to develop during law school to prepare for a successful career in M&A.
