Before joining the firm, Mr. Bellinger served in a number of senior positions in the US government, including the Legal Adviser to the Department of State from 2005 to 2009, and Senior Associate Counsel to the President and Legal Adviser to the National Security Council (NSC) in the White House from 2001-2005.
