Antonio Pena, shareholder of the prestigious firm Greenberg Traurig, listed in Super Lawyers magazine, Florida Super Lawyers, as "Rising Star," 2013, has offered to come and give a conference on commercial transactions from the United States to Latin America. This is a topic of interest for many students, due to the increasing economics of Latin American countries. Being a specialist in such area, he will talk about major transactions that he has participated, challenges that might be presented, tips when negotiating as American lawyers, among other interesting topics.
