William H. Taft IV, former legal adviser to the U.S. Secretary of State and currently of counsel at Fried Frank, in Washington, D.C. will present a lecture entitled, "Promises to Keep: The Conduct of American Foreign Policy and International Agreements" on conducting foreign policy in a globalized world.
