The JD-LLM program in International and Comparative Law hosts a series of informal talks over lunch in June and July for the new group of summer starters (both JD-LLM and JD-MA students). This session will feature Professor Neil Vidmar, speaking on Empirical Studies of Legal Process: McDonald's Coffee Spill Case; Medical Malpractice Litigation; False Confessions; Eyewitness Identification; and, oh yes, The American Jury System.
