Please join us for a discussion among Professors Cox, DeMott, Lybecker and Young, and 3L Emily Johnson of the Supreme Court's recent resolution of this closely-watched case involving the fees that mutual fund advisors charge their funds. With in excess of $8 trillion invested in mutual funds the decision in Jones v. Harris decision impacts households across America. All of the panelists - involved in various ways with Jones and the issues it raises - will describe their connections to the case and offer predictions about future developments as lawyers and judges interpret and apply the Court's formulation.
