Objection, Your Honor! At this Mock Trial Skills Training Session, Professor Donald Beskind will discuss how to properly make and respond to objections in court based on the Rules of Evidence. We will also answer questions and discuss logistics for the upcoming Kilpatrick Townsend Mock Trial Tournament at UNC Chapel Hill School of Law and the Twiggs-Beskind Cup, the tournament for making Mock Trial Board.
