Fernando Papakonyang, an LLM from Uganda, will give an overview on microfinance as well as a lawyer's role in the industry and the challenges he faces. Fernando was the Legal Officer of Micro Enterprise Development Network, a subsidiary of World Vision International in Uganda before he came to Duke Law School. Lunch will be provided.
