Mr. Jack Park, a Visiting Legal Fellow at The Heritage Foundation and a former Assistant Attorney General of Alabama, will discuss recent developments concerning the federal preemption of state laws. He will explore the Obama Administration's current approach to preemption as well as offer thoughts on its future as a legal doctrine. Hosted by the Duke Law Federalist Society.
