Securities Law Roundtable: Public and Private Enforcement after Halliburton, ATP and Boilermakers

The Global Financial Markets Center sponsors this roundtable discussion designed to examine the future landscape of corporate and securities law private and public enforcement in the aftermath of recent U.S. Supreme Court and Delaware decisions. The roundtable will be composed of about 30 judges, practitioners, academics, and policy makers, each of whom is well-identified with the area. The moderated discussion will be grouped into sub-topics relating to private litigation, public enforcement, corporate governance, and market mechanisms. By invitation only.
