Judge Starr, the 14th President of Baylor will be discussing the controversial Supreme Court Case Snyder v. Phelps, 131 S.Ct. 1207. Judge Starr will be drawing on his extensive legal experience gained as a University President, Law Professor and Dean, Solicitor General of the U.S., Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, Independent Counsel, and of course, Duke Law Student. Professor Ernie Young will provide opening remarks. Pizza will be served.
