The Duke University School of Law's Transactional Law Competition gives students the opportunity to develop skills in structuring and negotiating a simulated deal on behalf of a client . Please join us for an informational meeting detailing our fall semester's intramural contest. The competition will be judged by legal practitioners, and is open to all JD and LLM students.
