Assistant to the Dean

Sandie came to Duke as an experienced Executive Assistant August 2011 and is currently working as Assistant to Dean Levi.  In this capacity, she is assisting with the Dean’s meeting and travel schedules as well as day to day activities in the Dean’s suite.  Originally from Los Angeles, she studied music at Pasadena College.  After living in the coastal town of Camden, Maine for the last 15 years, she moved to Chapel Hill, North Carolina with her husband and daughter.  Her son is currently a student at the University of Maine.

Sandie is also proficient in Spanish.
