Assistant Dean for Academic Advising

As the Assistant Dean for Academic Advising, Anne Sherman advises students about the degree requirements students must fulfill in order to graduate with a JD or a dual degree from the Law School. Anne also serves as a resource for students who seek to enhance their academic performance. Anne is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Chicago Law School. Prior to joining the Office of Student Affairs, Anne practiced employee benefits law at McDermott, Will & Emery in Chicago and Poyner & Spruill in Raleigh and worked in the Career and Professional Development Center at Duke Law.
