Duke Law scholars comment on Alito nomination

The Senate Judiciary Committee hearings on the nomination of Judge Samuel Alito to the Supreme Court are underway.
Alston & Bird Professor of Law and Political Science Erwin Chemerinsky will appear before the Committee as a Democratic witness offering testimony on issues relevant to Judge Alito’s nomination on Thursday, January 12, or Friday, January 13.
