Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law was established in 1990. The Journal is devoted to current issues in international, transnational, and comparative law. The Journal features articles from a variety of areas, such as corporate law, environmental protection, national security, human rights, and others. In its eighteen years of existence, the Journal has become one of the most prestigious and frequently cited international journals. The Journal publishes articles by leading practitioners and prominent international scholars.
The Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law is no longer accepting submissions for its nineteenth volume. The journal will begin accepting submissions for the twentieth volume in April 2009. Please check the website at that time for submission procedures.
