  • Annual Review of Population Law
    Data on every country in the world relating to population policies, reproductive rights and health, women's status and rights, children and adolescents, HIV/AIDS and related topics, from 1974-present.
  • Armed Conflict Location and Events Dataset (ACLED)Conflict analysis and mapping tool, including data from 1997-present. Earlier years are being added.
  • Center for Global Policy
    Data on a variety of international relations factors, including foreign trade, democratization and state-building and transnational networks.
  • Center for International Development and Conflict Management
    Data on all international crises from the end of World War 1 to the present. Users must register to access the data.

  • Danish Data Archives
    Data from Denmark on a wide variety of surveys. Most of the search functions are not available in English; however, if you contact the site (Click on "finding data" at the top left), they will assist you with finding the information you need.
  • Data on Armed Conflict
    Dataset on armed conflicts from Uppsala University.
  • DataFinder - Population Reference Bureau
    Data on 133 population, health, and environment variables for more than 220 countries, 28 world regions and sub-regions, and the world as a whole.
  • East Asia Barometer
    Data from the Asian Barometer Survey, which surveyed citizens of several Eastern Asian countries on attitudes towards politics, power, reform, and democracy in Asia. Users must obtain permission to use raw survey data; to do this, click on "Data Release" on the left hand side of the page and follow the instructions. Users can also use the site's on-line analysis tool (under "survey results" on the left hand side of the page) to analyze data from the survey.

    • Human Rights Data Set
      Data on 13 internationally recognized human rights for 162 countries, annually from 1981-2003. To access, click on "Projects" on left side of the screen, and on "CIRI Human Rights Data Set" in the middle of the screen.

      The ISMF provides international data on social stratification, parent's social statuses, and social mobility. Site provides access to a variety of sources, as well as tools for harmonizing different data sources. Click on "Catalogue of Data" for access to varying data sources.
    • Kansas Event Data System (KEDS)
