Erwin Chemerinsky moots his upcoming argument on behalf of a death row inmate in an appeal from a denial of a habeas corpus petition. Duke Law professors Schroeder, Coleman, Mosteller, Siegel, and Tigar judge the moot. The actual case goes before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit on November 29, 2006.
