Sanford Levinson, author of Our Undemocratic Constitution: Where the Constitution Goes Wrong (and How We the People Can Correct It), argues that the Constitution is fundamentally defective in several respects and proposes a new Constitutional Convention. He also argues that law schools should reconsider how constitutional law should be taught. Levinson is W. St. John Garwood and W. St. John Garwood Jr. Centennial Chair in Law and Professor of Government at The University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
