The Mock Trial Board hosted the annual Duke Law Mock Trial Tournament in February and March of 2012. Teams of four students from Duke Law competed for the prestigious Twiggs-Beskind Cup. All first and second-year students were invited to compete, and the top competitors were invited to join the board.

All eight of the 2011 Twiggs-Beskind Cup final round participants with Judge Quon Bridges. Alex Bluebond, Ian Hampton, Emily May and Seth Reich won the 2011 Twiggs-Beskind Cup, prevailing over classmates Vince Agosta, Edward Boehme, Maia Pelleg and Alison Schultz.

All eight of the 2010 Twiggs-Beskind Cup final round participants with Dean Levi. Michael Goldsticker, Benjamin Kastan, Rebecca Kitchens, and Catherine Martinez won the 2010 Twiggs-Beskind Cup, prevailing over classmates Rachel Berkowitz, Medora Mayne, John Rudd, and Douglas Salisbury.
