352.01 International Business Transactions

Examines the legal and regulatory context in which international investment and sales take place. Topics covered include regulatory structures, finance, intellectual property rights, firm structure and antitrust. The course will concentrate on U.S. law but also will address international and supranational law as it applies to these topics.
