Telecommunications Law

This course will comprehensively examine the regulation of electronic communications in the United States and the constitutional constraints on such regulation. The course will focus on the legal framework for both wired and wireless electronic communications, such as communications via computer networks (e.g., the Internet), telephone, cable, broadcast, and satellite.

There will be an open book, open notes, open outline final exam.

There are no prerequisites.
