Providing provocative context for Duke Law alums' tour of the Institute of Contemporary Art's new installation, Isaac Julien's Ten Thousand Waves, Duke alum Robert Gough will discuss art and economics, globalization and China at 6:15 p.m. in a talk entitled, "U.S. vs. China: Economies at the Crossroads."
