Join us for a conversation with Nancy Hogshead-Makar, moderated by Duke Law Professor of Law, Doriane Coleman.

Nancy Hogshead-Makar, J.D. BA '86 won three gold medals at the 1984 Olympic Games in swimming. She is currently the CEO of Champion Women, an organization providing legal advocacy for girls and women in sports. Champion Women's
targeted efforts include advocating for equality and accountability in sport, with an emphasis on efforts that can achieve change
to scale. Focus areas include equal play in athletics, as well as sexual harassment, abuse and assault, and employment, pregnancy,
and LGBT discrimination.
