The ability to raise funds is critical to every company but there is a wide range of ways to do so, from equity offerings to high yield debt and securitizations. We invite you to learn from current practitioners about the full range of capital markets transactions, the role lawyers play in compiling and structuring these deals, and the skill sets to develop during law school to prepare for a successful career with this corporate focus.Panelists for the event include Jonathan Zonis, a partner in the New York office of Clifford Chance; Jennifer Lan, an associate in the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell; Joseph Beach, a partner in the Charlotte office of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft; and Elizabeth Martinez, an associate in the New York office of White & Case.
