What is international arbitration? What does it mean to be an international arbitration lawyer? Please join us for a conversation with Blair Shepherd ('20), a Paris-based lawyer from New Zealand specializing in international arbitration as an Associate at Three Crowns LLP, a premier international arbitration boutique. After graduating from Duke Law, Mr. Shepherd has focused his practice on international arbitration, representing several multinational companies in major international commercial arbitrations. Mr. Shepherd also has experience advising States and non-governmental organizations on matters of public international law, with an emphasis on human rights and national security.
