Interested in clerkships and would like to talk to someone who clerked? Drop-in any time between 12:00-2:00 p.m. and talk with Amelia Thorn L'10, a member of the Duke Law Clerkship Committee and the Bolch Judicial Institute Fellow. Amelia is a former clerk to both a federal and state judge, one appointed by a Democratic president and one appointed by a Republican president (Judge Harry T. Edwards of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and Justice Don R. Willett of the Texas Supreme Court (now of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit)). She would be happy to talk with you about the benefits of clerking, her clerkship experience, tips and tricks for getting a clerkship, and any questions you might have about clerkships in general. To drop-in, access the Zoom link on the Clerkship Events page here: https://sites.duke.edu/lawcpdc/judicial-clerkships/clerkshipevents/.
