Please join us for a conversation with Judge Patricia Millett. After graduating from Harvard Law School in 1998, Judge Millett worked for a private law firm for two years before clerking for Judge Thomas Tang of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. After her clerkship, she worked for the Appellate Staff of the Civil Division of the US DOJ, as an Assistant in the Office of the Solicitor General, and then as a partner in a private law firm leading the firm's Supreme Court and appellate practices until leaving to join the federal bench in 2013. Sponsored by the Clerkship Office. Lunch will be provided. Please contact Leigh Marquess at leigh.marquess@law.duke.edu with any questions.
