Part I of the "Burritos, Beverages & Breakthroughs: A Series of Experiential Workshops Lead By Industry Experts for 2Ls & 3Ls," this session will include in-house counsel for SAS, Inc., the nation's leader in business analytics software, FORTUNE magazine's "Best Company to Work For" in the U.S. two years running, and a leader in the field of competency-based recruiting, will be leading the workshop. Attendees will learn the language of competency-based recruiting models, gain insights on how best to identify the specific, delineated attribute of success lies beneath the most common behavioral questions, and learn how to structure powerful responses using concrete examples of past achievements which only serve to bolster the employer's confidence in your candidacy.
