The Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy is pleased to host a symposium on gerrymandering and redistricting law and policy. Speakers will discuss the successes and failures of non-partisan redistricting commissions in recent elections as well as other developments in election law and policy. Lunch will feature a special keynote address by former U.S. Congressman Wiley Nickel, who will speak on federal legislative attempts at redistricting reform. Open to interested guests.
