Events

Duke Law's Annual Intramural Transactional Law Competition brings together 1Ls and LLMs to negotiate a mock transaction in front of practicing corporate attorneys. During the first round of the event, students mark up term sheets and exchange them via email. During the second round of the event, students participate in a face-to-face negotiation. The event concludes with a networking reception and announcements of the winners.
