Equal Justice works: Prepare for Table Talk and Networking
October 18, 2022 • 2:15 PM • Law School 3037
With the virtual Equal Justice Works Career Fair just a few days away, join us for a live practice session to hone your networking and career fair skill set for government and public interest employers. Upper-level students will perform mock networking scenarios, give advice, and help you practice. You will walk away knowing how to approach employers and with a brief narrative about yourself. This program fulfills the 1L PD Credit Networking & Interviewing live session requirement. Those attending EJW must attend this session, you may also but are not required to attend the CPDC Upper-Level Student Panel earlier in the day. Others class years and degree students who are interested in learning about networking with government/public interest employers are also welcome to attend. Note that the deadline to register for EJW is October 13, the week before this session. Sponsored by the Office of Public Interest and Pro Bono. Because this session does not involve a presentation, it will not be recorded. For more information, please contact Bethan Eynon at bethan.eynon@law.duke.edu.
