Join Neil Siegel, David W. Ichel Distinguished Professor of Law and Professor of Political Science and Associate Dean for Intellectual Life, for a celebration of his latest book, The Collective-Action Constitution (publisher description at https://global.oup.com/academic/product/the-collective-action-constitut…). The new title "offers a thorough examination of the collective-action principles animating the structure of the Constitution and how they should be applied to meet many of the most daunting challenges facing American society today."
