Ms. Severino, a Duke graduate and key outside adviser on judicial nominations, will offer her perspective on the current state of federal judiciary nominations, the history of the nomination process, as well as the confirmation of Justice Gorsuch. Professor Ernest Young of Duke Law will also offer commentary on the current and recent nominees, as well the future drift of the Supreme Court. Another speaker will be announced at a later date.
