Fighting Drug Smuggling and Organized Crime in South Korea and Japan, a Comparative Prosecutorial Practice Panel

One judge and two prosecutors from Japan and South Korea will discuss their experience with prosecuting drug smuggling and organized crime. The panelists are: Naoki Sakai (Visiting Scholar, Judge, Chiba District Court, Japan); Bongjun Song (LLM Candidate 2014, Public Prosecutor, South Korea), and Tetsuaki Okada (Visiting Scholar, Public Prosecutor, Japan).
