Fighting for the Little Guy: Building a Career in Plaintiffs' Class Action Work with Duke Law Graduate Tom Loeser
April 11, 2024 • 2:30 PM • Law School 2014
Experienced class action litigator Tom Loeser will discuss the path to a national plaintiffs' class action practice and the rewards of the work. He has taken on banks, automakers, credit agencies, big tech, and other national and international mega-corporations and put a stop to fraudulent and deceptive practices that harm consumers. Tom will discuss how his experience as a Big Law junior associate and the rewards of subsequent service as an Assistant U.S. Attorney set the foundation for him to become a plaintiffs' class action litigator, which he has done for the last 18 years.
Sponsored by CPDC. Coffee and cookies will be served. RSVP here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfhyqUe1-NUWKPC9PMgY1Ps3NjB_8G…
