Two leading firearms law scholars, David Kopel, research director at the Independence Institute and associate policy analyst at the Cato Institute, and George Mocsary of the Southern Illinois University School of Law, will join Professor Charles Dunlap and Professor Darrell Miller for a discussion of The Second Amendment and the Prevention of Tyranny.
