September 18, 2017 • 12:30 PM • Law School 3041

Come learn more about the Government and Public Service Society (GPS) at our kick-off event! GPS is a community of law students committed to government and public service. We provide members with mentorship, resources for summer jobs and career planning, community service opportunities, and networking. The kick-off will also include information about the Duke Immigrant & Refugee Project, one of Duke Law's newest pro-bono projects. The Project offers pro bono opportunities including research assistance on human rights issues, outreach efforts to provide needed resources to target communities, the provision of "Know Your Rights" training sessions to immigrant teenagers and adults, and more! Enjoy Noodles & Co. and find out how you can get involved in both groups! Sponsored by GPS and the Duke Immigrant & Refugee Project. For more information, please contact South A. Moore at south.moore@duke.edu or Lauren Hughes at lauren.n.hughes@duke.edu.
