Join the Duke Law & Tech Society for a Happy Hour Conversation with Professor Stuart M. Benjamin, focusing on the First Amendment and constraints on regulation of platforms, social media, and search engines. Professor Benjamin is the co-director of the Center for Innovation Policy at Duke Law School and has written on a variety of topics concerning the intersection of First Amendment Law and technology. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any interests they have with Professor Benjamin and other participants. No prior knowledge or experience is required.
