Cass R. Sunstein will speak his new book, Impeachment: A Citizen's Guide (Harvard University Press, 2017), at http://www.hup.harvard.edu/catalog.php?isbn=9780674983793. Mr. Sunstein is the Robert Walmsley University Professor at Harvard, and the founder and director of the Program on Behavioral Economics and Public Policy at Harvard Law School. From 2009 to 2012, he was Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), where he oversaw federal regulation. Mr. Sunstein is among the world's most published scholars. He has testified before congressional committees on many subjects, and he has been involved in constitution-making and law reform activities in several countries.
