Mark Prak, Partner at Brooks Pierce, Melanie Chernoff, Government and Community Affairs Manager at the Raleigh-based open-source technology corporation Red Hat, and Duke Law Professor Stuart Benjamin will discuss the policy implications of the FCC decision, covering topics from free speech to private-sector innovation.
