Professor and Duke Alum Afsheen John Radsan and Professor Mohsen Kadivar join the Federalist Society for an interesting look at Iran. Although Iran is constantly in the news, how much do you really know about it? Professor Radsan brings his expertise on Iran gained from his work as a consultant to the American Iranian Council and to Search for Common Ground, his running of the "Iran Commercial Initiative" for the US Chamber of Commerce from 1999-2001. Professor Radsan has also had a speech about US policy toward Iran broadcast by C-Span. Professor Kadivar, a Muslim scholar, an Iranian dissident who has been in exile since 2008, and a visiting research professor of Islamic studies at Duke University will provide a commentary on Professor Radsan's presentation.
