Please join Margaret Rosenfeld, the Honorary German Consul for Eastern North Carolina and head of Smith Anderson's International Law practice. Ms. Rosenfeld will discuss corporate practices and securities law both within the U.S. and internationally, along with her experience representing the interests of German companies in North Carolina, and North Carolina companies in Germany.
