Please join the Moot Court Board for the final round of Duke's intramural Jessup Cup. Finalists Michelle Huang and Rupert Pedler will argue the legality of armed intervention by a regional organization into a domestic dispute without the approval of the UN Security Council. The round will be judged by Professors Charles Dunlap and Charles Holton, and S.J.D. candidate Nir Shnaiderman. The event is open to the public and presents an interesting question in international law. For more information, contact Edward Bersuder at email@example.com.
