Please join the Moot Court Board for the final round of Duke's intramural Jessup Cup. Finalists Michelle Huang and Rupert Pedler will argue the legality of armed intervention by a regional organization into a domestic dispute without the approval of the UN Security Council. The round will be judged by Professors Charles Dunlap and Charles Holton, and S.J.D. candidate Nir Shnaiderman.
