Join us for a debate on judicial engagement versus judicial restraint. Director of the Institute for Justice's Center for Judicial Engagement, Anthony Sanders, will discuss the theory of judicial engagement, while George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law Assistant Professor and Director of the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State, Adam White, will discuss the theory of judicial restraint. Duke Law Professor Ernest Young will moderate and provide commentary.
